All Promotion prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any prize depiction is for illustrative purposes only and shall not be relied upon. No part of any prize includes any alcoholic beverages. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitutions of prizes by winner are allowed, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

· NOTE: If eligible entries are less than the scheduled number of prizes available, then the associated prize awards shall not be awarded.

· Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any prize award with an alternate prize award of approximate equal or greater value, based upon availability.

Regional Prize (4): Four (4) regional prizes will be awarded. Each regional prize consists of: one (1) $500 travel stipend awarded in the form of a gift card from the Sponsor designated gift card provider for winner’s use towards transportation and/or hotel accommodations, and one (1) $500 Stubhub.com gift card. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing gift card company policy. Sponsor makes no representation as to the availability of tickets to any particular game or seat locations. Tickets to any and all games and seat locations are based upon availability. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Regional prize award: $1,000. Total ARV of all available Regional prize awards: $4,000.

Grand Prize (1): One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The grand prize consists of a trip for two (2) people (winner and one guest age 21 or older) to Phoenix, AZ and includes: round trip coach airfare for two (2) people to Phoenix, AZ (scheduled for Friday, 4/5/2024* – Tuesday, 4/9/2024), hotel accommodations for two (2) people—one room, double occupancy—for four (4) nights (scheduled for 4/5/2024 – 4/9/2024), and one (1) $1,250 Stubhub.com gift card. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the Stubhub.com gift card company policy. Sponsor makes no representation as to the availability of tickets to any particular game or seat locations. Tickets to any and all games and seat locations are based upon availability.

Total ARV of grand prize award: $4,000. All travel must be completed by no later than 4/9/2024, or such other date as solely determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or prize will be forfeited.
