After MidNite’s NAPA Auto Parts Trip to the CMA Awards Sweepstakes

Prize: (1 winner) A trip for two people to the CMA Awards in Nashville, Tennessee. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people from the major airport nearest the winner’s home to the major airport nearest Nashville, TN (as determined by Prize Provider), two nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy), daily breakfast for two people at Water’s Edge Marketplace, admission for two people to Fuse Nightclub, two tickets to the CMA Awards on November 11, 2009 (seats selected by Prize Provider), and round-trip airport and Awards Show transportation (Approximate Retail Value: $3,000). Travel will take place November 10-12, 2009 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If the winner is unavailable for travel on the designated dates, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion. Winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Meals and beverages, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize Provider, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides less than one hundred (100) miles from the trip destination. If, for any reason, the Awards Show is postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible, and the trip will be awarded without the Awards Show on the same itinerary. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner in its sole discretion.
