One private screening of You, Me, & Tuscany for up to 150 guests, subject to the selected movie theater’s (Theater”) room capacity (pursuant to all applicable capacity restrictions, government regulations, orders, guidelines and recommendations, at any level of government) at a Theater located in Winner’s hometown or neighboring city. Universal Pictures reserves the right to select and approve the Theater based on Winner’s location and Theater availability in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The screening portion of the prize must be redeemed by a date to be determined by Universal Pictures and/or Theater in their sole discretion.
