Eligibility: Open only to legal U.S. residents who reside in Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin (each an “Eligible State”) and who have reached their state of residence’s age of majority, eighteen (18) for all states listed above except Nebraska which is nineteen (19) at the time of participation.
