PRIZING. Three (3) grand prizes (the “Grand Prize”) are available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip package (the “Trip Package”) for Grand Prize winner (the “ Winner”) and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA. Guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of travel. Trip Package
shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for Winner and Guest from the airport nearest the Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA; (ii) three (3) days/two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor’s choice (one [1] room, double occupancy, room and tax only); (iii) round-trip ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, to/from hotel and the Event (as defined below); and, (iv) two(2) general admission tickets for Winner and Guest to the 2015 Video Music Awards live event scheduled to take place on August
30, 2015 (the “Event”).
