Grand Prize: (2 winners) Trip for winner and guest to any NWA WorldVacations US48 destinations (in the continental United States) as outlined below. Actual length of stay will be determined by the destination and the time of year the trip is booked. Prize package consists of two round-trip first class tickets for air transportation from the major hub airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s home to the NWA WorldVacations US48 destination of his or her choice up to $2,200 USD and hotel accommodations (double occupancy) up to $2,800 USD at a participating NWA WorldVacations hotel at the destination chosen by the winner, $250 cash (which can be used toward spa services) and one celebrity gift bag as described in the First Prize section below. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize package is $6,229.47 USD, which may vary based on location of major airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s home, costs of air transportation at the time of award or travel and destination and time of year the trip is booked. Travel must be booked by 4/30/2010 and travel must occur before 5/31/2010; the following blackout dates apply: 2009 – Nov 20-26, Dec 19-31; 2010 – Jan 1, Mar 12-Apr 3. Odds of winning Grand Prizes depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All incidental costs and expenses not specifically mentioned herein shall be the sole responsibility of each Grand Prize Winner and of his or her travel companion, including, without limitation, travel and health insurance, ground transportation, airport security or transfer charges and taxes, food and beverages, incidentals, taxes, and gratuities. Each Grand Prize Winner and his or her travel companion must travel on an identical itinerary. Travel must originate from and end at the same airport. Each Grand Prize Winner and his or her travel companions may be required to provide appropriate government issued photo identification (such as a valid passport) at time of travel, and are solely responsible for determining and obtaining all necessary travel documents and complying with all other travel requirements. No changes will be made to travel itinerary or other travel details once any portion of travel arrangements have been made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Grand Prize is non-assignable, nontransferable and not redeemable in cash. Grand Prize Winners are solely responsible for payment of all taxes on prizes and for any costs incurred in claiming or using prizes. Individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Grand Prize Winners will be required to claim their prizes by completing, signing and notarizing (where applicable) an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release, which must be returned via mail or hand delivery within ten (10) business days of date of sender’s postmark. Persons traveling as companions of the Grand Prize Winners must also complete and return a liability and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release before the Grand Prize will be awarded. Minors may not travel as a companion of the Grand Prize Winner unless the Grand Prize Winner is the parent and/or legal guardian of the travel companion and has executed and returned a liability and publicity release on behalf of said minor travel companion. Grand Prize Winners and their travel companion, as applicable, must also sign any other legal documents which Sponsor may require (including W9 tax forms if applicable). Failure of any Grand Prize Winner to timely sign, notarize (where applicable) and return any required affidavit and release (including those required of travel companions), failure of any Grand Prize Winner, timely respond to a prize notification or to claim his or her prize or comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, or the return of any prize, Grand Prize Winner’s affidavit/release or prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute drawing Grand Prize Winner to be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries at the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
