PRIZE: There will be three (3) prizes (“Prizes”) awarded to Winners; one (1) Prize will be awarded to the Winner from each Geographic Region. Each Prize will consist of the following: one (1) trip for Winner and three (3) guests (“Guests,” each a “Guest”) to Orlando, FL (“Trip”).
Trip includes: roundtrip, coach class air transportation, from a major airport near the Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsors and/or Prize Provider in their sole discretion) for Winner and up to three (3) Guests to Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Florida; five (5) day/four (4) night hotel accommodations (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) for Winner and up to three (3) Guests at an Orlando area hotel (as determined by Sponsors and/or Prize Provider in their sole discretion); four (4) single day/single park admission tickets for Winner and up to three (3) Guests to an Orlando area theme park (as determined by Sponsors and/or Prize Provider in their sole discretion); and, one (1) full size rental vehicle (make and model to be determined by Sponsors and/or Prize Provider in their sole discretion) (vehicle rental and associated vehicle rental tax only) for Winner and up to three (3) Guests for five (5) days (“Rental Car”).
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Prize is four thousand nine hundred fifteen dollars ($4,915).
The Participating Stations Geographic Viewing Areas, as referenced herein, shall include the following:
WBTS – Boston: The WBTS terrestrial geographic viewing area in the counties of (i) Barnstable, Berkshire, Bristol, Dukes, Essex, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, Middlesex, Nantucket, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk, and Worchester in the state of Massachusetts; (ii) Belknap, Cheshire, Hillsborough, Merrimack, Rockingham, and Strafford in the state of New Hampshire; and (iii) Windham in the state of Vermont;
WNBC – New York: The WNBC terrestrial geographic viewing area in the counties of (i) Bronx, Dutchess, Kings, Nassau, New York, Orange, Putnam, Queens, Richmond, Rockland, Suffolk, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester in the state of New York; (ii) Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, and Warren in the state of New Jersey; (iii) Fairfield in the state of Connecticut; and (iv) Pike in the state of Pennsylvania;
WVIT – Connecticut: The WVIT terrestrial geographic viewing area in the counties of Hartford, New Haven, New London, Tolland, Windham, Middlesex, Litchfield, and Fairfield in the state of Connecticut;
WRC – Washington, D.C.: The WRC terrestrial geographic viewing area in (i) the District of Columbia; (ii) the counties of Arlington, Clarke, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier, Frederick, King George, Loudoun, Page, Prince William, Rappahannock, Shenandoah Spotsylvania, Stafford, Warren, and Westmoreland in the state of Virginia; (iii) the counties of Allegany, Calvert, Charles, Frederick, Montgomery, Prince George’s, St. Mary’s, and Washington in the state of Maryland; (iv) the counties of Berkeley, Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson, Mineral, and Morgan in the state of West Virginia; and, (v) the county of Fulton in the state of Pennsylvania;
WCAU – Philadelphia: The WCAU terrestrial geographic viewing area in the counties of (i) Berks, Lehigh, Northampton, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia in the state of Pennsylvania; (ii) Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Cape May, Atlantic, Mercer, Salem, and Cumberland in the state of New Jersey; and (iii) New Castle and Kent in the state of Delaware;
WMAQ – Chicago: The WMAQ terrestrial geographic viewing area in the counties of (i) Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, Lake, La Salle, McHenry, and Will in the state of Illinois; and (ii) Jasper, Lake, LaPorte, Newton, and Porter in the state of Indiana;
WTVJ – South Florida: The WTVJ terrestrial geographic viewing area in the counties of Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe in the state of Florida; and
WXIA – Atlanta: The WXIA terrestrial geographic viewing area in the counties of (i) Banks, Barrow, Bartow, Butts, Carroll, Chattooga, Cherokee, Clarke, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dawson, Dekalb, Douglas, Fannin, Fayette, Floyd, Forsyth, Fulton, Gilmer, Gordon, Greene, Gwinnett, Habersham, Hall, Haralson, Heard, Henry, Jackson, Jasper, Lamar, Lumpkin, Madison, Meriwether, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Oglethorpe, Paulding, Pickens, Pike, Polk, Putnam, Rabun, Rockdale, Spalding, Towns, Union, Upson, Walton and White in the state of Georgia; (ii) Cleburne and Randolph in the state of Alabama; and (iii) Clay in the state of North Carolina.
