Prizes
Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $4,150:  10 Weekly Prizes (one per Weekly Period): TomTom Runner GPS Watch which has an
approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $169.99.
 3 Monthly First Prizes (one per Monthly Period): Personal training session(s) which has an ARV
of up to $400. The winner will choose a personal trainer and submit an estimated invoice to
TomTom for up to three (3) one-hour training sessions with a cost of up to $400. TomTom
will send a check to the winners in the applicable amount (not to exceed $400).
 3 Monthly Second Prizes (one per Monthly Period): Gym pass for up to 6-months with a
maximum cost of up to $300. ARV is $300. The winner will provide TomTom with an
invoice/receipt from a gym of the winner’s choice representing six (6) months of membership
fees (no additional fees may be included such as personal training fees, locker room fees, etc.;
however, an initiation fee for a new membership may be included). TomTom will send a check
to the winners in the applicable amount not to exceed $300.
 3 Monthly Third Prizes (one per Monthly Period): Sports equipment with an ARV of $150. The
winner will receive a gift card in the amount of $150 to one of the following retailers:
Amazon.com, REI, Sports Authority or City Sports, at winner’s choice. The gift card may have
an expiration date or other terms and conditions. Expiration dates may be subject to local
applicable laws.
