Timex Maxim Party Promotion

TO ENTER: Entrants shall enter the contest via Twitter. To enter, entrants must become a follower of Timex
on Twitter (twitter.com/Timex). Followers then may enter the contest, during the Promotional Period, by retweeting
the designated tweet sent out from the @Timex Twitter handle that includes the Timex/Maxim event
image. Each retweet will count as one entry.

PRIZE. The prize shall consist of one (1) all expense paid trip to the Maxim Party in Scottsdale, Arizona. This
will include two (2) tickets to the Maxim Party, and a $2,750 Gift Card to cover the cost of one (1) hotel room
for one (1) night and two (2) round trip flights to Arizona for the winner and one (1) guest. The prize is valued
at $4,500.
