Rally Day First Prize Trip Details: Each trip includes round-trip coach class airfare for winner and guest from a major airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the chosen destination. Hotel accommodations are double occupancy and will be at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Spending money will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner. The actual value of each Rally Day Prize trip option may vary depending on winner’s place of residence and airfare fluctuations. The difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded to the winner. Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as the prize and each winner is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the foregoing trip prizes not specifically referenced as part of the prize package. Any releases and/or waivers of liability required by trip activities shall also be required as applicable. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. All travel arrangements/accommodations are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All other unspecified expenses (including but not limited to additional taxes fees, taxes, entertainment, gratuities and any incidental expenses) are solely the responsibility of the Winner. Trip and travel insurance is not included. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. driver’s license or U.S. passport) required for travel within the United States or Mexico. Winner and guests must schedule travel at least forty-five (45) days in advance and travel must be completed by December 1, 2013. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including airline flights) beyond its control. All travel and accommodations are subject to availability, change and restrictions. Winner’s guest must be 18 years of age or older and of legal age of majority. Each potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility Liability Release and Publicity Release (where legal) within seven (7) days of notification. Non-compliance with this requirement, or if prize/prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner’s guest must also sign and return a Release of Liability and Publicity Release before the trip will be booked.
Monthly Rally Day Second Prize: (80 winners – 16 per month) One year supply of ThermaCare products, consisting of sixteen 2-ct packages of ThermaCare HeatWraps (ARV $112)

Limit: One Rally Day First Prize and one Rally Day Second Prize per person and per household. Rally Day prize winners are eligible for the Grand Prize
