9. Prizes, Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) and Odds of Winning

 (A) Instant Win Prizes:

 i. Prizes: A maximum of twelve (12) Coleman® Instant Tents (Model No. 2000007832) are available to be won instantly throughout the Promotion Period.

 ii. MSRP. The MSRP of all Instant Prizes is $2,903.88. The number of Instant Prizes available to be won decreases as Prizes are claimed throughout the Promotion Period. Sponsor is solely responsible for all Instant Prize fulfillment.

 iii. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning an Instant Prize depend on the date and time of entry and number of participants. All Instant Prizes will be awarded provided there are a sufficient number of eligible Winners. Instant Prizes that are unclaimed, unredeemed or returned as undeliverable will not be awarded. No more than twelve (12) Instant Prizes will be awarded as stated above. Limit one (1) Instant Prize per person/household. An Entrant may not win an Instant Prize and the Grand Prize.

 (B) Sweepstakes Grand Prize:

 (i) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of:

 All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility, including, federal, state and local taxes. No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfers of Grand Prize permitted by the Grand Prize Winner.

 (ii) Odds of Winning: The odds of winning the Grand Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received. Total MSRP of the Grand Prize is two thousand ninety four ($2,094) USD.

 (C) All Prizes:

 (i) ARV: The total ARV of all prizes is four thousand nine hundred ninety seven dollars and seventy nine cents ($4,997.79). The prize value may be rounded and referred to as five thousand ($5,000) which in actuality refers to the ARV of $4,997.79.
