One “Grand Prize”: One winner of the Grand Prize, subject to verification, will receive 2021 Tesla Model Y Long Range (“Vehicle”) in winner’s choice of color (subject to availability), with dual motor all-wheel drive, standard wheels, standard interior and Autopilot. Prize includes order fee, destination and documentation fee, ARV: $52,290, plus an upgrade bonus of $7,710 that winner can use to select a Tesla upgrade such as wheels, tow hitch, upgraded interior, upgraded seating layout, full driving capability or other upgrades available for the Tesla Model Y on the Tesla website, and a check for $25,714 that winner can use for taxes and/or expenses in his/her sole discretion for a total ARV: $85,714. Winner is responsible for all sales and income taxes. A winner can elect to take delivery of the Tesla at the Tesla store closest to his/her home, or have the car delivered to his/her home, or receive a check for $60,000 in lieu of the Tesla. A winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if winner is a Minor) must claim the prize as specified in Rule 5 above. Once verified as a winner, the winner will be provided a contact at the Tesla store closest to winner’s home, then contact will help the winner facilitate the order and delivery process according to the regulations of winner’s state as follows: Tesla registers and titles vehicles for winners residing in: AZ, CA, CT, DC FL, GA, HI, IL MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA; Tesla titles vehicle, winner registers in: IN, NV; Winner registers and titles their own vehicle in: AL, AK, AR, CO, DE, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NM, ND, OK, SC, SD, VT, WV, WI and WY. Deliveries for USVI and Puerto Rico are delivered to Jacksonville, FL. Winner responsible for shipping cost to the island. Prizes are subject to Additional Prize Terms below.
