Grand Prize: One (1) Sweepstakes Prize winner (“Sweepstakes Winner”) will be awarded in a random drawing from among eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes Winner will receive a trip for
Sweepstakes Winner and one guest (“Guest”) (who must be 18 or older unless from Alabama or Nebraska, then 19 or
older) to Chicago, IL for the 2025 Lollapalooza Music Festival scheduled to take place on August 1, 2025 – August 4, 2025
(the “Event”). Prize includes two (2) 4-day VIP tickets to the Event, all details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
round trip, coach-class air transportation for Sweepstakes Winner and one (1) Guest via a Sponsor-selected air carrier(s)
from a major commercial airport selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion to a major airport near the
destination city; and five (5) nights’ accommodations (double occupancy) in a 4-star hotel. See additional details and
