Prizes: Each Friday during the Sweepstakes Period Rayovac will select 1-10 winners at random using www.random.org from all entrants received that week. The one to ten (1-10) Friday Rayovac Fan Friday Sweepstakes winners will each receive a Prize as listed below. A total of up to 240 Prizes will be distributed to each of the winners at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period (December 30, 2016). Prizes to be shipped no later than December 30, 2016.

The total approximate retail value of all the prizes to be awarded shall not exceed $5,000
