Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”s): Grand Prize (1): One year’s worth of mortgage payments, consisting of principal and interest only, awarded in the form of a check to the winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) (up to $12,000). Mortgage account holders must provide proof of one year’s mortgage payment in order to receive that amount (up to $12,000). Non-mortgage holding winners’ prizes will be determined by a random drawing of all eligible mortgage amounts starting from $6,000 to $12,000, and the selected yearly mortgage amount (up to $12,000) will be awarded to that corresponding winner (ARV: up to $12,000). First Prizes (3): A 3-day/2-night trip for two from June 13, 2014-June 15, 2014 to the Quicken Loans 400 in Michigan. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from a major airport near winner’s home to Michigan, round-trip transfers to/from airport, hotel and Michigan International Speedway, hotel accommodations for 2-nights (based on double occupancy) and two tickets to the Quicken Loans 400 on June 14, 2014 and the opportunity for winner only to participate in the Grand Prize Winner Determination (ARV: $2,500 each). Actual retail value of each First Prize trip may vary due to winner’s residence and fares at time of travel. All prize components are subject to availability, and Sponsor reserves the right to change any component in its sole discretion if such component is unavailable. Each First Prize winner is responsible for all expenses associated with the trip not expressly provided for above, including, without limitation, transportation to/from major airport nearest winner’s home, additional transportation, additional meals, tips, taxes, entertainment, telephone calls, and incidentals. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply and may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. No substitution, cash redemption, transfer of prizes, refunds or credit for changes by the First Prize winners is allowed. In the event any First Prize winner or his/her travel companion (if applicable) engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early, in whole or in part, and send the First Prize winner and his/her travel companion (if applicable) home with no further compensation to that First Prize winner (and First Prize winner will not be able to participate in the Grand Prize winner determination.
