Grand Prize: (1 winner) 5-night/4-day trip for Grand Prize Winner and one guest to the 2010 Ryder Cup in the City of Newport, Wales, at an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $10,000. The trip shall include the following: round-trip coach-class airline tickets from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence to the City of Newport, Wales area airport for Grand Prize Winner and one guest; round-trip airport transfers between the airport and a City of Newport area hotel; one room, double occupancy, standard hotel accommodations (at a hotel determined by Sponsor) for Grand Prize Winner and one guest; two tickets to the Ryder Cup; four days of hospitality breakfast for two; and $500 spending money. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Trip must be taken by September 29, 2010. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly provided for above, including additional ground transportation, meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, other personal expenses and hotel charges incurred during the trip. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID, passport) prior to travel. Sponsor is not responsible for any travel-related delays or cancellations. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by the Grand Prize Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for any reason whatsoever a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at their sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes (if any) as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
