Sweepstakes Prizes. Five (5) weekly sweepstakes prize winners (one for each Weekly Period) will each receive one $500 USD PetSmart Gift Card. All standard gift card terms and conditions, printed on gift card apply. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Weekly Prize is $500.00 USD.
contest Promotion Period: As discussed in the Official Promotion Rules above, all entries must be received between 12:00:00 a.m. ET on September 19, 2011 and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 24, 2011.
Contest will include two rounds of judging and public voting. Round 1 Judging begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on September 19, 2011 and ends on October 31, 2011 at 11:59:59 a.m. ET. Round 1 Public Voting begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on September 19, 2011 and ends on October 24, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Round 2 Judging begins at 12:00:00 p.m. ET on October 31, 2011 and ends on November 4, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Round 2 Public Voting begins at 12:00:00 p.m. ET on October 31, 2011 and ends on November 3, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
Limit one Contest Entry (as defined below) per person, per email address, per day, however each Contest Entry must be unique.
Contest Prizes. All prize values are in U.S. dollars, except for gift cards, where the gift card values are in U.S. dollar for U.S. resident winners and in Canadian dollars for Canadian resident winners. One (1) Grand Prize and twenty-five (25) Contest Category (defined below) Prizes will be awarded as follows:
Grand Prize: One Grand Prize winner will receive the following prize package:
Winner’s pet (not owner/winner) will have the opportunity to receive a cameo in a PetSmart TV commercial. The Grand Prize winner’s pet may “appear” in the commercial, but will not necessarily “star” in the commercial, as Sponsor retains all creative control over how the pet will be used in the commercial. If for any reason the pet cannot travel, or the Grand Prize winner does not wish their pet to travel, such Grand Prize winner will be disqualified, no portion of the Grand Prize will be awarded, and Sponsor will select an alternate potential Grand Prize winner. If more than one pet appears in the winning Photo (defined below), Sponsor will determine which pet is considered the Grand Prize winner to appear in the commercial. Grand Prize winner hereby confirms that they understand and agree that no royalties, talent incentive, or additional payment will be provided. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $0.00.
Roundtrip air transportation for the Grand Prize winner, one (1) human guest, and one (1) pet [pet must be pet depicted in the winning entry] to fly from the major airport nearest the Grand Prize winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the major airport nearest to the location of the TV shoot for the PetSmart commercial (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion). Travel dates are determined by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and guest will travel coach class, and pet will travel via method most suitable to pet’s species, breed and size (at Sponsor’s sole discretion). [If more than one pet appears in the winning Photo (defined below), accompanying pet may be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion.] ARV: $2,100.00.
Four days/three nights’ hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy, pet-friendly) at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice, near the location of the prize TV shoot. ARV: $1,500.00.
Ground transportation to/from the hotel and airport and to/from the hotel and TV shoot. ARV: $992.24.
One Thousand Dollars ($1,000 USD) (awarded via check to the Grand Prize winner) intended to cover meals and spending money (for the Grand Prize winner only) while on the trip. ARV: $1,000.00 USD.
A one-year supply of Canine GREENIES® Dental Chews [awarded as twenty-four (24) 12-oz packages of GREENIES® Dental Chews] or a one-year supply of Feline GREENIES® Dental Chews [awarded as seventy five (75) 6oz. packages of Feline GREENIES® Dental Chews]. ARV: $407.76.
