Pepsi Super Bowl XLVIII Trip Sweepstakes at Meijer Sweepstakes

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) to East Rutherford, NJ to attend Super Bowl XLVIII scheduled to occur in February of 2014. Prize consists of:
• round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from an airport nearest the winner’s U.S. residence (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to East Rutherford, NJ,
• one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for four (4) nights,
• two (2) tickets to the Game,
• ground transportation between airport (in or around Newark, NJ), hotel, and Game,
• $3,500 spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner).
Approximate retail value (“ARV”): up to $12,000 depending upon winner’s point of travel origin. Prize winner may select a cash option in the amount of $5,000 in lieu of the Super Bowl Trip Prize. The cash option shall be awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner. ARV of Prize cash option: $5,000. In no way can the Super Bowl Trip Prize and the cash option be combined.
One Hundred Seventy (170) Daily Prizes will be awarded (ten [10] for each Daily Entry Period). Each Daily Prize will consist of one (1) $50.00 Meijer Gift Card. ARV: $50.00 each. Total ARV of all Daily Prizes is $8,500.00. Limit one (1) Daily Prize per person/address/household for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Grand Prize terms and conditions: Selection of airline, hotel, Game, and Event seating assignments are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of winner and guest. Sponsor will specify travel dates and all travel must be taken on dates specified; no alternative travel dates are available. All travel subject to availability and restrictions. Sponsor or its designee will make all travel reservations. Once travel reservations are booked, no changes to such reservations are permitted, except by Sponsor. Winner and guests must travel on same itinerary. Minor children may accompany winner as travel guest only if minor’s parent or legal guardian is the winner. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including the Game, and/or airline flights) beyond its control. Travel guest (or the winner if guest is winner’s child or legal ward) must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or travel occurs. Winner and guests must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel within the United States.
Total ARV of all Prizes available in the Sweepstakes is $20,500.
