NBA/MyArena – The Shot Clock Shopping Spree Sweepstakes

open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are between the ages of six (6) and fourteen (14) as of the date of entry.
Three (3) Grand Prizes: Prizing will be awarded on or about June 2011, subject to change at the sole discretion of Sponsor. A prize package consisting of the following: 1) A three (3)-day/two (2)-night trip (exact dates to be determined by Sponsor) for minor winner and his/her parent or legal guardian to New York, NY consisting of round-trip coach air transportation from major U.S. gateway airport near winner’s residence in the U.S., standard hotel accommodations, and ground transportation to/from the airport and hotel and to/from hotel and event (as stated herein); and 2) the opportunity for winner, along with an NBA personality, to shoot as many NBA products as possible into a basket within twenty four (24) seconds. Only the minor winner, and not his/her parent or legal guardian, will participate in event. Exact NBA personality will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winner will keep all items which make it into the basket. Winner must follow all instructions provided by Sponsor. A minimum value of $200 and a maximum value of $1,000 in NBA products will be awarded. Exact products are dependent on successful shots and exact products will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) = $3,500.
Total ARV of all prizes = $10,500.
