One (1) Grand Prize — GRAND PRIZE WILL ONLY BE AWARDED IF THE MAX SCORE IS EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) POINTS AND AN ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT RECEIVES THE MAX SCORE, AS DETERMINED BY SPONSOR, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. IN NO EVENT WILL MORE THAN ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE BE AWARDED**.**

The winner, if any, will receive $200,000 (the “Grand Prize”). Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize: USD$200,000. The Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of a check in U.S. dollars as one (1) lump sum.
