You are 16 years of age or older and legally reside in an eligible Imagine Cup Geography;

 You are actively enrolled as a student at an accredited educational institution that grants high school or college/university (or equivalent) degrees (including home schools) at any time between January 1, 2011 and May 31, 2012

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZES
 Weekly Prize Period: Each week, we will randomly select six (6) winners to each receive one (1) Kinect sensor for Xbox 360. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $150.00 each.
 Limit one (1) weekly prize per person.
 Competitor Prize Period: At the close of the overall Entry Period, we will randomly select two (2) winners to each receive the following prize:
 One (1) Sony Vaio PC and Camcorder bundle. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $1,200.00 each.
 Limit one (1) first place prize per person.

 In addition, at the end of the Entry Period, we will select one (1) winner from among ALL entries received (regardless of if you are competing in Imagine Cup or have only registered) to receive a trip for Winner and guest to Sydney, Australia to attend Imagine Cup 2012 Worldwide Finals on July 6, 2012. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $10,000.00. Trip includes:
  Round trip coach airfare from major airport closest to winner’s home.
 o Trip winner’s travel companion will be required to execute a Liability/Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents. If a travel companion is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at his/her own expense if the parent/guardian is not the winner.
 o Winner and any guests are responsible for providing all required travel documents, including, but not limited to required Visa, passport etc.
 o If winner lives within 100 miles of travel destination, Sponsor reserves the right to provide alternative transportation.
  Five (5) nights standard hotel accommodations.
  Transfers to/from Airport/Hotel.
  Admission for Two (2) to attend Imagine Cup 2012 Worldwide Finals on July 6, 2012.
 o If the event is cancelled for any reason, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner other than to provide the travel portion of the prize minus the opportunity to attend event.

 The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $55,200
 Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held after which the applicable prize will remain un-awarded
