Grand Prize: (1 winner) A trip for two to New York, NY. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to New York, NY; two nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsors at their sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); $250 gift card for Daniel Boulud restaurants; shopping trip to Macy’s with an ELLE DECOR expert; $1,000 Macy’s gift card; 600 thread count Queen sheet set including 1 flat, 1 fitted, 2 pillow cases, and an ELLE DECOR travel tote and accessories Standard terms and conditions of Macy’s gift cards apply. Winner and guest, traveling on same itinerary, must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsors will determine airline and flight itinerary. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by the Sponsors’ airline carrier of choice, as stated in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the sole responsibility of winner. Unless a child of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, then travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. If, in the judgment of Sponsors, air transportation is not required due to proximity of winner’s residence to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsors are not responsible if travel is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsors’ sole discretion. ELLE DECOR expert will accompany winner for no more than 2 hours during regular weekday business hours; this portion of the prize is subject to black out dates and other restrictions. If winner is not able to use this portion of the prize, it will be forfeited without any substitution. (Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,400.
