The Contest: During the Entry Period, follow the links and instructions as set forth in Section 5(a) above to upload a Submission. After submitting an entry into The Sweepstakes entrants will have an option to share your #LindtJoy short story for a chance to receive an entry into the Contest

Limit: Entrants may complete the application program as many times as they would like, but multiple submissions will not result in extra entries. One (1) Contest Prize entry per person and one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person

The Contest Winner: After the conclusion of the Entry Period, a panel of qualified judges
determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select one (1) winner based on the following
criteria (“Judging Criteria”):
• Creativity/Originality (10%); • Quality of Submission (40%); and • Fit to Contest Theme (50%)

ONE (1) CONTEST PRIZE: A trip for winner and three (3) guests to the 88th Annual Macy’s
Thanksgiving Day Parade®. Trip package includes: round trip, coach-class air transportation for
four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to
New York, NY; two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion (single room, quadruple occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and
hotel; four (4) tickets for the 88th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade® on November 27,
2014; a $300 shopping spree at the Lindt Chocolate Shop on Fifth Avenue (includes shipping of
items to winner’s home); and $500 spending money
The Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use tickets on day of event.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,450.00.

TEN (10) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: A Lindt chocolate prize box, containing a variety of Lindt
Chocolate. Approximate Retail Value: $25. Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes Prize per person.
