One (1) Grand Prize: A 4-day/3-night’s trip for winner and one (1) eligible guest to attend the US Open Men’s and Women’s Finals (“Event”) in New York City, NY. Grand Prize includes:
– roundtrip coach airfare for winner and guest to/from a major commercial airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence (or ground transportation, if he/she resides within 100 mile radius of New York City to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion),
– double occupancy hotel accommodations for three (3) nights (room and room tax only) at hotel of Sponsor’s discretion,
– round trip ground transportation to/from airport (while in Event city),
– ground transportation from hotel to the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center (“NTC”) on Sunday, September 7th and Monday, September 8th, and two (2) tickets to attend each Event (selection of seats is at Sponsor’s sole discretion),
– plus $1,000 gift card to allocate towards meals and other travel expenses.
ARV: $6,100.00. Winner and guest must travel on dates specified by Sponsor (tentatively scheduled for September 6 – September 9, 2014 but subject to change) or forfeit all rights to the trip.

Two (2) Second Prizes: Each winner will receive a 55” Class LG Smart TV + webOS™ (ARV: $1,699.99 each).
