CHAPTER ONE PRIZES (100): A 1.7 Fl. Oz. bottle of Trésor Midnight Rose Eau de Parfum. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $56 each.
CHAPTER TWO PRIZE (1): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to New York, NY on dates to be determined by Sponsor. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to New York, three (3) days and two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), two (2) tickets to a broadway show (date, time, and show to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), a shopping spree for winner only awarded in the form of a $500 gift card, dinner on one (1) night for winner and guest at a restaurant in New York (restaurant, date, and time of dinner to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), a digital camera for winner only, a luxurious spa treatment and cosmetics makeover for both winner and guest, lunch with Teen Vogue’s Beauty Director, Eva Chen, and ground transportation throughout the trip in New York. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. ARV: $5,000. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. Lunch with Eva Chen is subject to her availability. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide tickets to a broadway show or confirm lunch with Eva Chen, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Actual value of may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Sponsor reserves right to change dates. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of winner and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice.
CHAPTER THREE PRIZE (1): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to Paris, France. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Paris, France, five (5) days and four (4) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), $500 spending money for winner only, dinner on one (1) night for winner and guest at a restaurant in Paris (restaurant, date, and time of dinner to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), ground transportation to/from airport in the United States and hotel in Paris, France. ARV: $8,850
