Kraft – Ritz Recipe Challenge Contest and Sweepstakes

CONTEST
TO ENTER: Visit www.facebook.com/ritzcrackers, ‘LIKE’ the page and register and submit an entry. Entry must include the following three components:
1.) an original recipe that uses Ritz Crackers (any variety) as one of the ingredients,
2.) an essay in 100 words or less that explains why your recipe fits with the Theme of the Contest (Theme is defined as Create a “Guy inspired Over-the-Top” Recipe), and
3.) a photograph of your finished dish (to showcase Appetite Appeal).
JUDGING: Entries that meet the criteria (see Official Rules) will be posted to an Online Recipe Gallery; however any such posting will not have any bearing on your chance to win a prize.
There will be four Judging Phases:
Phase 1: All eligible entries will be judged based on the following criteria: Appetite Appeal (50%) and Creativity as it relates to the Theme (50%).
Phase 2: The top 20 highest scoring entries from Phase 1 will be judged based on the following criteria: Taste (33%), Creativity as it relates to the Theme (33%), and Appetite Appeal (34%).
Phase 3 (Consumer Voting): The top 10 highest scoring entries from Phase 2 will be deemed Semi-Finalists and will be posted online at www.facebook.com/ritzcrackers beginning at 12:01 am ET on March 28, 2011 through 11:59 pm ET on April 7, 2011.
Individuals who are residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C., 18 years and older, can visit www.facebook.com/ritzcrackers during that time period to vote for their favorite entry. Limit one vote per email address/Facebook member/person per day.
Phase 4: The three entries that receive the most votes during Phase 3 will be deemed Finalists and will be judged by a panel of Kraft appointed judges including Guy Fieri based on the following criteria: Taste (33%), Creativity as it relates to the Theme (33%), and Appetite Appeal (34%).
The highest scoring entry at the conclusion of Phase 4 Judging will be the Grand Prize winner. The two remaining Finalists from Phase 4 will receive a First Prize. The seven Semi-Finalists who did not advance to Phase 4 Judging will receive a Second Prize.
One (1) Grand Prize: $20,000. Prize also include a 4 day/3 night trip for 2 (winner and guest) to a Sponsor designated city in California on Sponsor designated dates to meet and have a celebration dinner with Guy Fieri. Trip includes roundtrip coach class air travel for two from major airport nearest winner’s residence to Sponsor designated city in California; 4 days/3 nights hotel accommodations (one room; double occupancy); dinner with Guy Fieri (subject to Guy Fieri’s availability); and roundtrip ground transfers between airport/hotel and hotel/dinner. Grand Prize winner will also receive a chef jacket autographed by Guy Fieri. ARV: $26,000.
Two (2) First Prizes: $5,000 cash and a chef jacket autographed by Guy Fieri. ARV: $5,100.
Seven (7) Second Prizes: $1,000 cash and a chef jacket autographed by Guy Fieri. ARV: $1,100.
Cash portion of Grand through Second Prizes to be awarded in the form of a check.

You will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes Drawing each time you vote for your favorite entry during the Consumer Voting Phase of Judging (Phase 3).
