5. Prizes:
There is one (1) prize available to be won. The prize consists of one (1) private chef experience with a private chef cooking in the Prize Winner’s home: (i) 4-hour private event for the winner and up to five (5) of the winner’s guests; (ii) an appetizer course featuring Just Bare® Chicken; (iii) an entrée course featuring Just Bare® Chicken; (iv) a dessert course at the discretion of the private chef. Event date will be mutually decided between the Prize Winner and Sponsor; however, the event must be scheduled to take place by March 25th or winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety. Event menu will be decided by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event that the Sponsor’s Chef is not available on the chosen event date, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Private Chef event with a cash prize of $599.00. Total Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the prize is $599.00.
