One (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner will be selected in a random drawing on October 2, 2012 from all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner shall receive a flyaway trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to see Jerrod Niemann in concert. Show date and location to be mutually agreed upon by Winner and Sponsor. The trip shall consist of the following:
•Roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sponsor’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Event
•Two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice, in its sole discretion for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (standard room, double occupancy)
•Two (2) tickets to see Jerrod Niemann in concert
•Two (2) meet & greet passes to meet Jerrod Niemann prior to the concert
Winner and Guest must be at least eighteen (18) years old as of September 17, 2012. Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner and Guest must travel under the same itinerary. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. Prizes may not be sold, bartered or transferred. Airline tickets are non-reroutable, non-refundable and the validity may not be extended. Prizes do not include any additional expenses, including, but not limited to incidentals, meals, telephone charges, travel insurance, souvenirs, upgraded, extended or otherwise altered transportation, ground transportation, federal, state and local sales or other taxes and surcharges which are the responsibility of Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner. Estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $1,500.00.
Approximate combined retail value of all Sweepstakes prizes is Two Thousand Seven Hundred Fifteen dollars ($2,715.00).
