Grand Prize –
Perfect Bracket ONLY The Grand Prize will only be awarded in the event that an Entrant submits a Perfect Bracket. If no Entrant submits a Perfect Bracket the Grand Prize will not be awarded. One (1) Grand Prize winner shall win “Cousin Sal’s” house (the “House”), a home in Manhattan Beach, California. House includes structure, lot, landscaping and fixtures (excluding all appliances), approximate retail value (“ARV”): $4,500,000. Actual value of the home at the time of prize award depends on market value fluctuations. Grand Prize Winner agrees to accept House “as is” and Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sponsor expressly disclaims any warranty of title, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All taxes, fees, costs and expenses of whatever nature, including without limitation sales taxes, real estate transfer taxes, deed recording charges, title fees and registration, insurance and closing costs shall be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner, as will all current and future taxes, costs, fees, insurance and expenses relating to House. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or for any act or omission whatsoever by the various providers of House or delivery of any other components of the Grand Prize package. Title warranties, and pre-paid taxes or expenses relating to the House, if any, shall be set forth in the “Home Contract”. Grand Prize winner will have the option of receiving $1,000,000USD, awarded in the form of a check, in lieu of the House (the “Cash Option”).
First Prize –
1st Highest Point Total In the event no Perfect Bracket is selected, the one (1) Entrant with the highest point total at the end of the Challenge who has not submitted a Perfect Bracket shall receive the First Prize. The First Prize winner will receive Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) in the form of a check.
