PRIZES:

Grand Prize (1) Grand Prize winner (“GP Winner”) and one (1) guest will receive a 4-day /3-night trip to New York, NY (the “Trip”) from May 13 – 16, 2012. The Trip will consist of the following:

(a.) Round-trip coach class airfare for GP Winner and guest from a major airport with regularly scheduled commercial flights closest to the GP Winner’s permanent residence (or, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, $500 in lieu of air travel if winner lives within a 200 mile radius of New York City) to a New York City area airport;

(b.) Three (3) nights hotel accommodation for GP Winner and guest at a hotel selected by the Sponsor (one room, double occupancy, room & tax only);

(c.) airport transfers (if applicable) and ground transportation to/from the Event;

(d.) $250 spending money;

(e.) access for two (2) people to attend the FOX All-Star Party (“Event”).
