ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE (“Grand Prize”):Grand Prize Winner will receivea 4-day/3-night vacation(the “Vacation”)forthe Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests (collectively, “Group”) to Disneyland®Resortin Anaheim, CA (the “Resort”). Vacationconsists of: roundtrip coach air transportation for the Group from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s legal residence (as selected by Sponsor) (“Airport of Origin”) to a Southern California airport(as selected by Sponsor) (“Destination Airport”) (with possible layovers);provided, however, if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the Resort, air fare will not be provided for the Group; vouchers for the Group forround trip ground transfers between the Destination Airportand theResort;provided, however, if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the Resort, ground transfers will not be provided for the Group;room accommodations consisting of one (1)standard room (with a maximum of four [4]persons) for three (3) consecutive nights at a Resort or Resort area hotel selected by Sponsorin its sole discretion(including daily parking at the Resort, if airfare is not awarded); up to four (4) 4-Day Disneyland®Resort Park Hopper®Tickets with the Disney MaxPassfeature (subject to restrictions) for the Group; one (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of $400.00 USD for the Grand Prize Winner only (subject to restrictions); services of one (1) Disneyland® Resort VIP Tour Guide forup to eight (8) consecutive hours onone (1) day during redemption of the Vacation (guide, services and hours to be determined by Sponsor); one (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of $250.00 USD that can be used for a Disney Character Dining experience for the Group during the Vacation(subject to availability; reservations recommended); one (1) World of Color viewing experience, or another experience as chosen by Sponsor, for the Group during the Vacation(subject to availability and show schedules).
