Prize: Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize winner” or “winner”) will receive a vacation for winner and up to three (3) guests (each a “Guest”), to a theme park in Anaheim, California (“Destination”). The prize includes: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and up to (3) guests which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near winner’s primary residence in the US to Destination; (ii) three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations in Destination which will be one (1) standard room based on quad occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included) hotel location subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion; (iii) roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and up to (3) guests, to be taken together, between airport and hotel in Destination; (iv) four (4) 2-day theme park tickets; (v) VIP Tour of the theme park on one (1) day for winner and up to three (3) guests; (vi) one (1) $1000 bank gift card (gift card to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor; winner is subject to the terms and the conditions of the bank gift card); (vii) $3,360 issued in the form of a check in the Grand Prize winner’s name which may be used by the Grand Prize winner to offset his or her income taxes (or a portion of his or her income taxes) incurred when accepting the Grand Prize (referred to as the “Grand Prize, the “Prize”, or “Prizes”.) Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for the difference between $3,360 and actual income taxes incurred.The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $13,539.40.
