Non-winning entries WILL NOT ROLL over into subsequent Entry Periods, except that all non-winning entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period will roll over to Entry Period Six (“Grand Prize Drawing”).

| Grand Prize | One (1) Grand Prize is available. Grand Prize consists of one (1) 4-day/3-night trip to a concert event within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. Concert event awarded in the form of a StubHub gift card. Winner shall be solely responsible for any amount over $1,000, if applicable. It is currently contemplated that the Trip will consist of the following (however exact details subject to change depending on concert event selected and at the discretion of Sponsor): |
| (a) Round-trip coach class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest from a gateway airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s permanent residence to airport in close proximity to the Trip destination (if Grand Prize Winner lives within a 200 mile radius of the destination, the Sweepstakes Entities may substitute airfare by providing ground transportation or a ground transportation allowance); | |
| (b) Local ground transportation between the airport and the hotel, and hotel and the concert event, if and as necessary; | |
| (c) Three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations for the Winner and Guest at a hotel selected by the Sponsor (one room, double occupancy, room & tax only); and | |
| (d) $200 spending allowance, awarded in the form of a check. | |
| Maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $4,996. Travel must take place on Sponsor-approved dates and be completed by December 31, 2016. |
