GRAND PRIZE: Three (3) Grand Prize winners, subject to verification, will be awarded a trip for winner and one (1) guest (who is 21 years of age or older) to Miami, Florida for two (2) nights (to occur February 8, 2012 through February 10, 2012) to attend the Flavor Battle Finals on February 9, 2012 featuring the top three (3) DJs from the online Flavor Battle competition., (“Grand Prize”). Grand Prize trip consists solely of the following for use by winner and one (1) guest: round trip coach air travel from an airport near the winner’s residence in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or D.C. chosen in Sponsor’s sole discretion to Miami, Florida; two (2) nights accommodations (one standard, double occupancy room); two (2) tickets to the Flavor Battle Finals event; ground transportation in Miami, Florida between the airport and hotel upon arrival and departure and between the hotel and event venue to attend the Flavor Battle Finals; and a check for $150 for incidentals for the winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $2,000.

 Three (3) First Prizes: $500 awarded in the form of a check in USD.
