Prizes: 2 GRAND PRIZES: A trip package for 2 to attend winner’s choice of
a select Live Nation® concert at the House of Blues® venue of winner’s
choice. Trip package includes two (2) tickets to a select Live Nation produced
concert of winner’s choice at a House of Blues in the United States; round
trip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest
Grand Prize Winner’s home within the U.S. to the major airport nearest the
concert; one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for one (1) night /
two (2) days; and a $500.00 Visa/Amex gift card that may be used as
spending money, terms and conditions apply. Winner must complete the trip
within 1 year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Travel must
take place on the day of the confirmed concert and winner must return the
day following the concert. Winner must coordinate with Live Nation to book
trip at least 21 days prior to departure. Travel subject to availability,
restrictions and blackout dates. If winner is unable or unwilling to travel on
the dates specified, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an
alternate winner. Travel must be round trip. Selection of airline, hotel and
concert seat locations are solely within the Sponsor and Sponsor’s designees’
discretion. Tickets to a particular concert are not guaranteed. Tickets are
subject to program availability, venue capacity and age restrictions. Winner
and guest must abide by all venue policies. Concert must be selected at least
thirty (30) days in advance of the travel date and is subject to availability and
age restrictions. Winner will be required to provide a credit card to hotel to
cover incidentals which are not included in prize package. Winner and travel
guest must travel on same itinerary. No refund or compensation will be made
in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by
the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket
contract. If trip destination is less than 250 miles from the winner’s
residence, winner will be provided $200 in spending money for driving
expenses in lieu of air transportation. Sponsor is not responsible if any
scheduled event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner
will not be reimbursed for tickets. Tickets may be subject to issuer’s standard
rain-check policies and procedures. All expenses, travel, and other costs not
expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility
of winner. If winner’s guest is a minor (as determined by his/her state of
residence), winner must be minor’s parent/legal guardian and must complete
required paperwork on behalf of minor, as applicable. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight,
hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian.
Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel
documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel. Travel
companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of prize
documents. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Lost,
mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. By
accepting ticket prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and
restrictions provided by the ticket. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does
not use ticket on day of event. Winner understands that there are inherent
risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during
and after the trip. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for changes in
schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a
consequence of flight cancellation or delay. Sweepstakes Entities are not
responsible and will have no liability if the winner and/or his/her guest is for
any reason not permitted to travel by the relevant airport authorities or
misses a flight or other travel element. An unclaimed and/or unused prize
element will remain the property of Administrator. Sweepstakes Entities
reserve the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s
guest whom it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be
intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or
may bring Sweepstakes Entities into disrepute. Approximate Retail Value
(“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $3,350.
