open to legal residents of and currently residing within GA, CA, AL, UT, NV, AZ, OR, WA, TX, FL, MS, HI, NM, ID, and LA, who are 18 years of age or older
Prizes/Approximate Retail Value: A total of Five (5) Prizes will be awarded to Five(5) winners: Each winner will receive the following: one (1) $1,000 Chevron promotional card, two (2) tickets to one (1) 2013 baseball game of their favorite team (subject to availability and Sponsor approval), and two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) in or near the city in which the game will be played (“Prize”). No transportation is included in the prize. WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTEL AND GAME. Meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges and any other unspecified travel-related expenses are the sole responsibility of winner. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): up to $1,850.00 each. Total ARV of all five (5) prizes: $9,250.00. Limit one (1) prize per person per household.
