Each Grand Prize option includes round-trip first class airfare for winner and guest from a major airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the chosen destination. Spending money will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner. The actual value of each Grand Prize option may vary depending on winner’s place of residence and airfare fluctuations. The difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded to winner Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as the prize. Any releases and/or waivers of liability required by trip activities shall also be required as applicable. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize by Winner permitted, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. All travel arrangements/accommodations at the discretion of the Sponsor. All other unspecified expenses (including but not limited to additional taxes fees, taxes, entertainment, gratuities and any incidental expenses) are solely the responsibility of the Winner. Trip and travel insurance is not included. Winner and guests must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel within the United States. Winner and guests must schedule travel at least forty-five (45) days in advance and travel must be completed by December 31, 2011. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including airline flights) beyond its control. All travel and accommodations are subject to availability, change and restrictions. Potential Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility Liability Release and Publicity Release (where legal) within seven (7) days of notification. Non-compliance with this requirement, or if prize/prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting.
