you must be, (i) as of July 16, 2019, an existing AT&T postpaid wireless (excludes data-only plans), DIRECTV (excludes DIRECTV NOW), U-verse TV or an AT&T Internet customer (excludes DSL, Fixed Wireless Broadband, and dial-up services) with an account in “good-standing” as determined by AT&T in its sole discretion that participates in the AT&T THANKS program at the time of entry; and (ii) a legal U.S. resident who is physically located in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and who is at least 21 years of age at time of entry.
PRIZE: Each Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive a vacation for the Winner and up to three (3) guests (each a “Guest”), to Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim, California (“Destination”) on or about August 30, 2019 through September 2, 2019, but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize includes: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence in the US to a Southern California airport of Sponsor’s choice; (ii) three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations in Destination at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa but subject to change at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, which will be one (1) standard room based on quad occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, parking, and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) roundtrip ground transportation for the Winner and up to three (3) Guests, to be taken together, between airport and hotel in Destination; (iv) four (4) 2-day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® Tickets; (v) Disneyland® Resort VIP Tour on one (1) day for Winner and up to three (3) Guests; and (vi) one (1) $1000 gift card (gift card to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor; Winner is subject to the terms and the conditions of the gift card) (collectively, the “Prize”). The total ARV of each Prize is $12,680.
