Once you enter the contest page, follow the links and instructions to upload one (1) photo that is representative of your idea for your Passion Project, complete the required description fields and complete and submit the registration form, hereafter referred to as your submission (“Submission”).

Limit: Each entrant/email address may upload five (5) Submissions during each submission Phase; however, each Submission must be substantially different than any other Submission made by same entrant.

Following the conclusion of each Submission Period, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the ten (10) entrants with the highest-scoring Submissions (the “Winners”) from among all eligible Submissions based on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”):

 Creativity/Originality (30%)
 Quality of Submission (30%)
 Fit to Contest Theme (40%)

In the event of a tie in any Submission Phase judging, the entrant(s) whose Submission(s) received the highest score(s) for Fit to Contest Theme, as determined by the qualified judges, in their sole discretion, will be deemed the applicable winner(s). Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than ten (10) winners, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Submissions. Submissions from one Submission Phase will not carry forward into subsequent Submission Phases.

SEVENTY (70) GRAND PRIZES (ten (10) per Submission Phase): A $2,000 American Express Reward, given in the form of two (2), $1000 American Express Rewards cards. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000.
