 PRIZES/ODDS:
 GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a scholarship in the amount of $100,000 to be administered by Scholarship America.

 FIRST PRIZE (2): Two (2) First Prize winners will each receive one (1) “customized” 2012 Toyota Scion. Prize consists of a base model 2012 Toyota Scion®*, which may be customized with available dealer options to be selected by winner (total retail value of base model plus options not to exceed $25,000); color is subject to availability

 In the event a First Prize winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize as stated above, winner may elect to receive a cash alternative in the amount of $25,000 in lieu of the vehicle. ARV up to $25,000.

 SECOND PRIZE (50): Fifty (50) Second Prize winners will each receive a snowboard customized with winner’s choice of either select graphics or their own design utilizing WONKA®-inspired graphics available from Sponsor’s design tool. ARV $599.

 THIRD PRIZE (1,000): One thousand (1,000) Third Prize winners will each receive a long board skateboard where the deck can be customized with winner’s choice of either select graphics or their own design utilizing WONKA®-inspired graphics available from Sponsor’s design tool. ARV $250.
