Prizes:
 One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: (1) five hundred (500) Hasbro toys and games of the Sponsor’s choice, including one (1) of each of the Second Prizes, described below, with a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars($6,500) and (2) One Thousand Dollars ($1,000). The total ARV of the Grand Prize is Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500).

 Five Hundred (500) Second Prize Winners will each receive one of the following Hasbro toys or games, as randomly determined by Administrator:

 One hundred twenty-five (125) Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) NERF VORTEX NITRON, with an ARV of Forty-Four Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($44.99) each;

 One hundred twenty-five (125) Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) BEYBLADE XT IR SPIN CONTROL TOP set, with an ARV of Twenty-Nine Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($29.99) each;

 One hundred twenty-five (125) Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) FURREAL COOKIE-MY PLAYFUL PUP, with an ARV of Fifty-Nine Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($59.99) each; and

 One hundred twenty-five (125) Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) SIMON FLASH, with an ARV of Twenty-Nine Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($29.99) each.
