One (1) Grand Prize which includes:
 (i) winner and one (1) guest will have an opportunity to gain admission to the first two (2) days of the 2012 Championships Wimbledon tennis tournament at the All England Lawn Tennis Club, Wimbledon, London, England

 (ii) round trip coach-class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial gateway airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major commercial airport in London, England

 (iii) hotel accommodations for winner and (1) guest (single room/double occupancy, room and tax only) for five (5) nights at a hotel in the greater London metropolitan area (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion).

 Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Four Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($4,900.00). Winner and guest must travel departing on or about June 18, 2012 and returning on or about June 23, 2012, exact dates to be confirmed and finalized by Sponsor. If winner is not available on such dates, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
