Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to the Austin City Limits Festival (herein “the Festival”) held September 26, 27, and 28, 2008 at Zilker Park in Austin, Texas. The winner and a guest will receive two (2) three-day passes to The Festival as well as round trip airfare to/from their nearest airport to Austin, TX, and hotel accommodations for 4-days/3-nights. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand prize is $3,000 USD . No transfer or substitution of Prize is allowed. The Prize may not be redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction or combined with any other competition or offer, nor may it be transferred or exchanged in part or in full. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the Prize or any portion thereof for one of equal or greater value for any reason at their sole discretion. Admission tickets are non-transferable and will be deemed void if sold, transferred, auctioned or assigned to any third person. In the event the Grand Prize winner or his or her companion engage in behavior that (as determined by The Sponsors in their sole discretion) is obnoxious, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, The Sponsors reserve the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her travel.
