One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of (a) round-trip coach air transportation for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest between a city in Arizona or Florida (TBD based on the choice of the Grand Prize winner) (the “Destination”) and a major commercial airport in the continental United States nearest to the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination and any difference in value will not be awarded; (b) two (2) nights tourist class hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only) at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion in the Destination; (c) two (2) tickets for winner and one (1) guest for one (1) Major League Baseball Spring Training game scheduled to be played in the Destination on a date during the period of March 1, 2016, through March 31, 2016, to be mutually agreed upon by winner and Sponsor (the “Event”); (d) if the Grand Prize winner chooses Arizona as the Destination, he/she and his/her one (1) guest will have the opportunity to meet Casey Stern on the date of the game; and (e) a car rental for a portion of three (3) days, from arrival to departure (the “Grand Prize”).
