Grand Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip to Las Vegas, NV for winner and one guest to attend the Tiger Jam Concert in October 2010. Trip consists of roundtrip coach air transportation from major airport near winner’s residence (to be determined by Sponsor) to Las Vegas, hotel accommodations at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino (1 room – double occupancy) for 2 nights, transfers to and from airport and hotel, 2 VIP Passes to the Tiger Jam Concert, Spa, Golf and Entertainment Packages for winner and guest and $1,000 spending money (to be awarded via a check). (ARV: $6,300)

Grand Prize travel is subject to airline and hotel availability, and other restrictions apply. Grand Prize winner must be available to travel on dates and at times of Sponsor’s sole choosing or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If the concert is cancelled or postponed, the liability of Sponsor and its agencies shall be limited to awarding a trip for winner and guest to Las Vegas, NV with all other prize elements except for those directly related to the concert. Confirmation will be given on a space-available basis only. Once a reservation has been confirmed, no changes are permitted. Reservations and airline tickets are non-refundable for cash or credit, non-transferable and nonchangeable once issued. If lost, they will not be replaced. Grand Prize winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary on dates and times approved by Sponsor. Travel guest of Grand Prize winner must execute a Liability Release and, where legal, Publicity Release within a specified time prior to issuance of travel documents. If travel guest is a minor (under the age of majority in jurisdiction of residence), parent/legal guardian must accompany the guest on the trip and must sign release documents on minor guest’s behalf. Grand Prize winner and guest are solely responsible for required travel documents such as government-issued photo identification. Actual value of the Grand Prize will vary depending upon winner’s residence. If the Grand Prize winner lives within approximately 150 miles of Las Vegas, NV (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation with no allowance being permitted for the cost difference between air and ground travel. Grand Prize winner will receive an IRS 1099 Form for the fair market value of prize.
