One (1) Grand Prize: $3,500.00 statement credit to the winner’s ShopHQ Credit Card account or ShopHQ Customer Account. Value: $3,500.00.

Fourteen (14) First Prizes: $100.00 statement credit to winner’s ShopHQ Credit Card account or ShopHQ Customer Account. Value: $100.00.

Winners with a valid ShopHQ Credit Card account will have the statement credit posted to their account on or before February 28, 2014. The credit will be allocated to any outstanding balances on winner’s account in accordance with the Terms and Conditions that govern said account. Winners that do not have a ShopHQ Credit Card, but do have a ShopHQ Customer Account will receive the credit on their ShopHQ Customer Account. Winners without a ShopHQ Customer Account will have a ShopHQ Customer Account set up in their name with the appropriate credit allocated. A credit card is required to set up a new ShopHQ Customer account. Once a prize award is applied to a ShopHQ customer account it may be used on future purchases up to a period of ninety (90) days from the date the credit is posted to their account.
