Prize: (4 winners) Two one-way coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the US to one major airport in Florida, one standard hotel room (double occupancy) for 3-nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor, $250 in entertainment tickets, and one Alamo Rent A Car full size vehicle to cover the base rate for up to seven consecutive days, but excludes taxes, other governmentally-authorized or imposed surcharges, license recoupment and concession recoupment fees, airport and airport facility fees, fuel, additional driver fee, or optional items, which shall be the responsibility of winner. Rental car is (subject to Alamo’s eligible driver criteria and the winner’s execution of, and compliance with, Alamo’s standard rental agreement). Rental car must be returned to an Alamo location within the Continental U.S. The approximate retail value of the prize package is $3,000, depending on exact itinerary. Actual value may vary based on fluctuations in price for airfare and/or accommodations, and distance between departure and destination. Meals, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. Winner must meet all requirements of Alamo rental agreement, otherwise winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be chosen. Winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary. Trip must be booked by May 1, 2010 and completed by December 31, 2010 and may be subject to certain other restrictions, including without limitation blackout dates. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation may be substituted for one-way air travel. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure.
