Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: Grand Prize winner will receive a
three (3)-day/two (2)-night trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion
to the Los Angeles, California, area and, subject to availability, Grand Prize winner and
travel companion will have the opportunity to attend a live band performance at a
nightclub in the Los Angeles area (the “Event”) as solely determined by Sponsor, plus
other destination amenities (see below). Travel dates are tentatively scheduled
sometime between April 9, 2009, and April 13, 2009. Grand Prize winner and one
(1) travel companion must travel on the same itinerary.
