Pinnacle Foods Group Birds Eye Re-write the Dinner Rules Sweepstakes

Complete the online Registration Form including your first and last name and email address and check the box stating you agree to the Official Rules. Using the link provided on the Registration Form, upload a Photograph depicting your child re-writing a dinnertime rule (Birds Eye Dinnertime Rules are located at www.birdseye.com/rewritedinnerrules). Once you have uploaded your Photograph, submit it along with the Registration Form during the Promotion Period to receive one (1) Entry in the Sweepstakes. Photograph must be in JPG or GIF or PNG electronic formats, may not exceed 5 MB in size, and must comply with the Photo Upload Terms described below. Note that winners will be selected in a random drawing, so photographs will not be judged.
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner and ten (10) potential First Prize winners will be selected in random drawings on or about September 5, 2013 from among all eligible online and mail-in entries received.

One (1) Grand Prize: A 3-day, 2-night trip to New York City to attend Nickelodeon’s World Wide Day of Play. Trip must be taken September 20-22, 2013, and includes:
– round-trip, coach class air transportation selected by the Sponsor for four (4) from the major airport nearest the winner’s home to New York City,
– two-night hotel accommodations (quad occupancy),
– transfers to/from airport and hotel and to/from event,
– four (4) tickets to event and
– $500 meal allowance.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $5,000. Winner and guests must be able to travel on dates specified by Sponsor as stated above or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If the winner lives within 100 miles of prize destination city, the air transportation portion of the prize will not be awarded and ground transportation will be substituted and no additional compensation will be provided.

Ten (10) First Prizes: A Nickelodeon notebook, a Nickelodeon cup and four Birds Eye free product coupons valued at $3.49 each. ARV: $43.96/each.

Total ARV of all prizes: $5,439.60.
