Once you enter the application, follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid email address. Then follow the links and instructions to upload one (1) photo that displays your family grilling, your family in the backyard with JACK’S pizza, you and your family with your favorite JACK’S pizza, or a summer cookout picture, referred to as your Submission. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period. By uploading your Submission, you agree that your Submission conforms to the Photo Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from the Sweepstakes if it believes that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.
